Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused or gently used and, where possible, in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
